As a species, we humans tend to think we’re pretty smart, so it’s amazing to see how much of a role other peoples opinions play in our lives, especially during our developmental years.
Remember these are just thoughts and one year from now they won’t even be remembered, so why spend every day stressing? Be crazy enough to live life your way and do what makes you happy and you’ll a longer happier life.

Another statement that looks so simple on the surface, but when we dive deeper and think how many times have we heard this? But how many of us are present enough to take note.
If stress is a silent killer, junk food is the loudest killer in the room, we can’t walk down the street without advertising enveloping us, which has desensitized us to just how poisonous junk food is, so much so that heart disease is now the number one cause of death on Earth.
